What are the benefits of refinancing?
Refinancing can help you lower your current interest rate and save you hundreds of dollars a month on your current mortgage payment. Refinancing can also be used to pay off high interest credit card debt, or simply to take out cash for things such as home improvements, remodeling, investments, starting a new business and college tuition.
What if I do not have any credit card debt?
Then simply refinance your existing mortgage for a lower interest rate and save on your monthly payment.
